Private Pay

Premium online therapy, on your terms.

Some clients prefer to keep insurance out of their mental health care entirely. Private pay means transparent flat rates, full confidentiality, and a therapy relationship that answers to you — not a claims department.

Full confidentiality

No diagnosis is required or shared with an insurance company. Your record stays between you and your clinician.

No insurance limits

Sessions aren't capped by what an insurer will authorize. You and your clinician decide on cadence and length together.

Superbills for OON reimbursement

We provide monthly superbills you can submit to your PPO. Many clients are reimbursed 40–80% after their out-of-network deductible.

Goals beyond a diagnosis

Work on relationships, growth, performance, identity, or grief — without needing a billable mental-health code attached to your name.

Out-of-network reimbursement

Will my PPO reimburse me?

Most PPO plans reimburse a portion of out-of-network mental health visits — commonly 40–80% after your OON deductible is met. Each month we provide a superbill (an itemized receipt with the codes your insurer needs). You submit it through your insurance portal and reimbursement is sent directly to you.

  • Call the number on the back of your card and ask: "What's my out-of-network outpatient mental health benefit?"
  • Ask about your OON deductible and reimbursement percentage for CPT 90837.
  • We'll send you a superbill at the end of each month.

Who private pay is right for

  • Executives, clinicians, and licensed professionals who can't have a diagnosis on file
  • Couples doing relationship work that isn't billable to insurance
  • Clients with high-deductible plans where private pay costs the same
  • Anyone seeking growth, performance, or life-transition work
  • Faith-integrated or values-based counseling that insurance won't cover the way you want
  • Clients who simply want full privacy and flexibility
