How much do sessions cost?

With in-network insurance, sessions can be free or as low as $15. Our affordable counseling program (sessions with a supervised counselor-in-training) starts at $65. Standard self-pay is $135 with a fully licensed counselor.

We are in-network with Aetna, Avmed, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, FL Blue, Humana, Curative, Oscar, United Healthcare, Optum, UMR, Lyra Health, Compsych, and various EAP plans.

Yes. We work with various EAP plans to provide confidential, short-term counseling for employees managing stress, life challenges, and well-being.

Is what I share confidential?

Yes. All sessions are confidential and protected by HIPAA, with limited legal exceptions (such as risk of harm to self or others) which your counselor will explain at your first session.
