Our History
Since 2014, we have been offering counseling services to individuals, couples, and families. We started this practice to help individuals who would not ordinarily seek services have a safe space to heal and be restored. Our venture into online counseling began in 2018 and was fully transitioned in March 2020 as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Currently, all of our services are online, however in-person counseling services may be added again in the coming years. We were able to extend our online counseling services to individuals seeking support in the state of Florida and abroad. In 2024, we have decided to add group counseling, and wellness coaching services to assist more individuals who need additional services in an online setting.
Our Mission
At Restoring Lives Counseling & Wellness Center, our mission is to provide accessible and high-quality professional mental health counseling and support. We are dedicated to delivering customized care that respects the unique needs and life experiences of each person while using high-quality software and technology. Our team of licensed and unlicensed mental health professionals is committed to fostering a supportive safe inclusive environment, particularly for members of BIPOC and the LGBTQ+ community. We aim to help all our clients explore their thoughts and feelings, develop coping skills, heal emotionally, and achieve their wellness goals. We aim to break down geographical and social barriers, making mental health care convenient and stigma-free. We strive to empower individuals on their journey to mental wellness, promoting resilience, self-discovery, and a sense of community.

Adding the heart to mental healthcare
We are a group of masters-level therapists, and wellness holistic providers who provide quality mental health care and wellness coaching services. As a mental health practice, we assist members by providing therapy, coaching, and more. We help our clients connect with one of our counselors and life coaches who can meet their needs and is available online.

It’s essential for us that our clients feel that they are getting help, and feel connected from the start of the counseling journey until the last session. You strive to have you feel heard, and provided with customized services from our team that is a best match. Rather than having you feel more like one of the millions subscribed receiving less than ideal care, we strive to make sure you are assigned to a counselor who specializes in the type of care you need and can truly give you the care.

Individual Counseling
Online counseling, is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts, and learn ways to address or cope with concerns relating to mental health. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.
