1. Services

We provide telehealth counseling and wellness services to clients located in the State of Florida. Services are delivered by licensed mental health professionals and credentialed providers. All services are subject to clinical assessment and provider availability.

2. Eligibility

You must be a resident of Florida and at least 18 years old to consent to services on your own behalf. Minors may receive services with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Not a Substitute for Emergency Care

Our services are not appropriate for medical or psychiatric emergencies. If you are experiencing a crisis, see our Emergency Disclaimer.

4. Appointments, Fees & Cancellations

Session fees, insurance coverage details, and cancellation policies are provided at intake and on our pricing page. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee as disclosed in your service agreement.

5. Confidentiality & HIPAA

We comply with HIPAA and Florida law. Limits to confidentiality include suspected abuse of a minor or vulnerable adult, imminent risk of harm to self or others, and as otherwise required by law or court order.

6. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt services, or upload malicious content. All site content is owned by Restoring Lives Counseling & Wellness Center LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific clinical outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of website use is limited to the amount you paid for services in the prior twelve months, if any.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in courts located in Broward County, Florida.
